Within 14 days
If you buy TV Art Manager Pro and it is not what you hoped, write to us within 14 days of purchase and you get a full refund. No questions, no hoops, no "have you tried". Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method.
If Samsung breaks it
Art Mode is an interface Samsung does not document and can change through a firmware update. If such a change stops Pro from working with your TV and we cannot fix it, you get a full refund, whatever the date of purchase. Tell us the model and firmware version so we can try to fix it first, and so the compatibility list stays honest for the next person.
After a refund
A refund revokes the license key, and we trust you to stop using Pro features after one. The free version remains yours either way.
Statutory rights
This policy sits on top of, and never beneath, whatever refund rights your local consumer law grants you.
